1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions listed on https://jttcompetitions.co.uk (the “Website”).

1.2 By entering a competition, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 All competitions operated by the Promoter are skill-based prize competitions and are not lotteries.


2. The Promoter

The Promoter is JTT Competitions Ltd (the “Promoter”).


3. Eligibility

3.1 Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible.

3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

3.4 Entries generated by automated means, bulk entries (unless expressly permitted), or incomplete entries will be disqualified.


4. The Competition Format

4.1 All competitions require entrants to correctly answer a skill-based question.

4.2 Only entrants who answer correctly will be entered into the draw.

4.3 Where multiple choice options are provided, a free postal entry route is available in accordance with Section 6.


5. How to Enter

5.1 Each competition will display:

  • Opening Date

  • Closing Date

  • Maximum number of entries

  • Entry price

  • Details of the Prize

5.2 All entries must be received before the stated Closing Date.

5.3 Online entries are completed via the Website by:

  • Selecting the answer

  • Completing checkout

  • Submitting payment

  • Receiving confirmation

5.4 Entry fees are non-refundable except where stated in these Terms.

5.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, corrupted or incomplete entries.


6. Free Postal Entry

6.1 Entrants may enter for free by post by sending a postcard containing:

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Name of the competition

  • Answer to the competition question

6.2 Entries must be sent separately. Bulk postal entries in one envelope will count as one entry.

6.3 Postal entries must arrive before the Closing Date.

6.4 Proof of posting does not guarantee entry.

6.5 Entrants must have a registered account on the Website matching their postal details.


7. Entry Limits

7.1 Maximum entries per person (if any) will be displayed on the competition page.

7.2 Once the maximum number of entries has been reached, the competition may close early.


8. The Draw

8.1 The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.

8.2 A winner will be selected at random from all correct entries.

8.3 The draw may be conducted live and/or recorded.

8.4 The Promoter’s decision is final.


9. Winners

9.1 Winners will be contacted using the details provided.

9.2 If a winner does not respond within 21 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

9.3 The Promoter may publish the winner’s name and county in accordance with UK advertising requirements.


10. The Prize

10.1 Prize details are stated on the competition page.

10.2 Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

10.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with:

  • A prize of equal or greater value; or

  • A Cash Alternative.

10.4 Where the prize is a vehicle:

  • Insurance is not included

  • Tax is not included

  • The winner must hold appropriate licences

  • The Promoter is not responsible after handover

10.5 Prizes will be delivered within 14 days of confirmation unless otherwise stated.


11. Failed Competitions

11.1 If a competition does not receive sufficient entries to make it commercially viable, the Promoter reserves the right to declare it a “Failed Competition.”

11.2 In the event of a Failed Competition, the Promoter may:

(a) Issue full refunds; or
(b) Offer a cash prize proportionate to total ticket revenue; or
(c) Transfer entries to an alternative competition of equal or greater value.

11.3 Entrants will be notified via the Website and/or email.


12. Cancellation or Amendment

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend a competition due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.2 In such circumstances, entry fees will be refunded.


13. Refunds

13.1 Entry fees are non-refundable except:

  • Where a competition is cancelled under Section 12

  • Where declared a Failed Competition under Section 11

13.2 Instant win entries are non-refundable once allocated.


14. Liability

14.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures

  • Lost entries

  • Delays beyond its control

14.2 Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


15. Data Protection

15.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15.2 Winners may be required to participate in publicity unless they object before the Closing Date.

15.3 The Promoter may provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.


16. Fraud and Abuse

16.1 Any attempt to manipulate the Website, draw process, or competition will result in disqualification.

16.2 The Promoter reserves the right to permanently ban offenders.


17. Governing Law
